???????? With his energetic and eclectic sets, Pablo Valentino has been winning over crowds globally since the beginning of his DJ career in 2000. Boundary-breaking blends of Brazilian, funk, house, disco-boogie sounds from the 1970-80s influence his electronic productions and mixes. Releasing EPs since 2005, many solo but also in collaboration with Motor City Drum Ensemble for early house collectives, it's certain Valentino is well established in the Detroit-inspired, broken beat house scene.
Deeply connected with the Brazilian scene, he has collaborated with artists such as Ivan Conti from the celebrated Azymuth. Aside from spinning some well-loved wax, Pablo Valentino is always searching for the unheard or undervalued regardless of genre. A perfect example of his dedication to the scene is his monthly "Children of the Drum" residency running for eight years in two of the most notorious clubs in the French scene, Le Sucre and Rex Club. Inviting a wide range of guests. PV's a producer and promoter that supports all aspects of the industry.

Pablo Valentino est un véritable passionné de musique. Tombé dans la marmite dès l’enfance, il officie professionnellement depuis 1997. Installé dans la capitale des Gaules depuis le milieu des années 2010, le DJ y est devenu une figure emblématique des nuits lyonnaises – sa résidence Children of the Drum a par exemple marqué l’histoire du Sucre.

Son secret ? Un talent incroyable pour le digging associé à un véritable amour pour la fête. Funk, jazz, techno, hip-hop, boogie, disco… Rien de ce qui fait groover ne résiste à ses insatiables oreilles, et ce aux quatre coins du monde.

Pablo Valentino étant du genre partageur, il profite de chaque set pour faire danser au son de ses dernières trouvailles.

Pablo Valentino hat Lyon als seine Wahlheimat erkoren – für den DJ ist der Auftritt bei den Nuits Sonores also ein Heimspiel. Der Digger bringt die Esplanade de la Sucrière mit jeder Menge grooviger Vinylschätzchen zum Beben.

Pablo Valentino ist ein echter Musikliebhaber. Schon als Kind packte ihn die Vinylleidenschaft und seit 1997 arbeitet er als professioneller DJ. Seit Mitte der 2010er Jahre lebt er in der Hauptstadt der Region Rhône-Alpes und ist zu einer Symbolfigur des Lyoner Nachtlebens geworden – seine Residenz „Children of the Drum“ ist ein historischer Meilenstein in der Geschichte des Clubs Le Sucre.

Was macht Pablo Valentino so besonders? Er ist ein begnadeter Digger und beweist wahre Liebe zu Funk, Jazz, Techno, HipHop, Boogie und Disco – kurz: zum Abfeiern! Seinen aufmerksamen Ohren entgeht kein grooviger Sound, und das in allen Ecken der Welt. Aber er behält nichts für sich alleine: Pablo Valentino nutzt jedes Set, um die Leute auf der Tanzfläche an den Ergebnissen seiner neuesten Klangentdeckungen teilhaben zu lassen.
