On March 1, 1974, Elvis and his band arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, delivering a powerful performance at the Mabee Special Events Center at Oral Roberts University. From the opening Also Sprach Zarathustra, followed by a high-energy See See Rider, it was clear that this would be a night to remember. James Burton’s guitar work was sharp, and the TCB Band, after years of touring together, was tighter than ever.

Dressed in his "Gold Vine" jumpsuit, Elvis greeted the crowd with a brief "Good evening! It’s a real pleasure to be here in this beautiful place." But there was little time for talk—this show was all about the music.

This concert not only captures Elvis in top form, fully engaged with the audience and delivering a fantastic performance, but it also marked the beginning of his 11th tour, setting the tone for a series of incredible shows across the country. ????
