This concert was realized in cooperation between the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Latvia, dedicated to 30 year of diplomatic relationship between Latvia and Azerbaijan,and the Liepaja Secondary Art and Music School in Liepaja City, represented by director Inga Auzina and the head of the jazz department, Rustam Bagirov.
