About Ace Frehley:

Paul Daniel "Ace" Frehley, born on April 27, 1951, in New York City, is an American musician best known as the original lead guitarist and founding member of the rock band KISS. He created the persona of "The Spaceman" and played with KISS from its inception in 1973 until his departure in 1982. Frehley embarked on a successful solo career, with his debut solo album achieving platinum status. He is renowned for his aggressive, atmospheric, and melodic guitar playing, as well as his use of special effects guitars, including a Gibson Les Paul that emits smoke and produces pyrotechnics. In 2014, Frehley was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of KISS.
