The Who -The North American Farewell Tour - The Song Is Over

This was the sixteenth show of the 17 scheduled concerts. The Philadelphia and Atlantic City shows #3 & #4 were postponed and rescheduled to shows #9 & #10 due to illness. The second Chicago show was canceled and the final show at Palm Desert was added. I have gone to 9 of the 17 concerts and have them completely filmed.

This Las Vegas show "WAS" "SUPPOSED" to be the "LAST" concert. So, me and the family said...."LET'S FUCKING GO!!!!!!", so we got tickets, fifth row seat 1, 2, & 3 on the aisle in front Pete. Then after the Philly and AC shows were postponed, to reschedule they cancelled the second Chicago show, then announced the Palm Desert on October 1 2025 as the end show of the tour. I know a lot of fans that bought tickets for Vegas were FUCKING PISSED that another show was added after Vegas. Everyone planned to be there for this, most, including myself could not work Palm Desert into the schedule.
I made the decision to drive instead of fly...hey us HOOLIGANS do stupid, crazy things OK, 4 plane tickets would have been about $2500, as to about $800 for gas. The 4 of Us left Manchester NH at 7:15pm on Wednesday 09/24/25. We arrived in Las Vegas at 4:14pm PDT (7:15pm EDT), 48 hours straight through! On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we did some quick sight seeing. We had to be at the VIP check in for 3:30 pm on Sunday for the soundcheck.
The show was phenomenal as were the other 8 I had seen on this tour. Well after a quick meet up with the hardcore FRC crew, meeting new and wonderful crazy hooligans, we left Las Vegas a little after midnight on Sunday. The departure time was 12:20am PDT Monday Morning 09/29/25. We arrived back in Manchester NH at 5:30am EDT Wednesday 10/01/25. The drive time was 52 hours and 10 minutes to home. Just in time to work at 8am Wednesday! 5,629 miles..Was it worth it........
FUCK YEAH IT WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!...It's THE FUCKING WHO!!!!!!!!!!!! Would do it all over again!
