Close your eyes and surrender, as Nathalie Ramirez, a sound meditation guide and professional flutist, takes you on an hour-long journey with a live meditative concert on Thursday, 31 March, at 7:00 pm.

The event will cover:

A guided meditation with 3 Ragas played on the Bansuri and hang-drum - with ambient vibrations that will leave you feeling calm.

Mindful breathing exercises are designed to help you ground your presence.

About Nathalie Ramirez:

Nathalie Ramírez, a professional flutist, has a BA from the University of Veracruz, Mexico, and two postgraduate courses in Hindustani Classical Music from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra. She began her training in music at the age of 7 and has been playing Hindustani music for 15 years. She has played both bamboo and western traverse flute in many concerts and festivals in Mexico, United States, India, and Poland, interpreting different genres such as Classical Western, Latinamerican, Spanish, Jazz, Fusion, and Hindustani music and collaborating with contemporary and Indian Classical dancers in various performances.
