This show occurred in between the Rotterdam and Paris shows featured on Once In A LIVEtime and Five Years In A LIVEtime. Therefore, it's surprising to me that the London show never got an official release - not even a single song or two. Several of the photos in the Once In A LIVEtime booklet are clearly from the London show, as you see the shiny curtain in the background.
The Rudess cameo is due to Rudess-Morgenstein Project serving as the opening act at this show.
For those who don't know, James LaBrie was trying to emulate the appearance of Jim Morrison at this run of shows.
Also, please watch in 4K for the best video quality YouTube can afford.
